#ArtAtHome Workshop: Upcycled Planters

Supply List:   

1) Jar or Can

2) Yarn, string, twine, or ribbon

3) Scissors

4) Hot glue

5) Pebbles

6) Soil

7) seeds, bulbs, or herbs to grow in your planter

Instructions:

1. Decorate your planter by taking ribbon or other materials and wrapping and gluing them around your jar.

2. Fill your planter with a layer of pebbles followed a by thick layer of soil and your seeds or plants.

Tips

1. It is best to do this craft outside as it can be a bit messy!

2. When gluing down your ribbon or string, you'll want to use one touch point for evenly rounded cans and jars and two touch points for unevenly shaped jars.
